Research on the Heating Process of CFRP Circular Tubes Based on Electromagnetic Induction Heating Method

Based on the electromagnetic induction heating method, and curing of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) have advantages high energy utilization no pollution. However, in process, both material weaving structure mold can affect temperature field. Therefore, this study, an finite element analysis model for CFRP circular tubes was established based equivalent thermal characteristics CFRP. The study investigated rise mechanism under magnetic field, explored in-depth influence molds made 45# steel glass fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) process with structures 89-degree winding angle, 45-degree plain weave were studied. found that when metal heated, had almost effect distribution. field changed structure, more fiber cross points, uniform accuracy verified through experiments. aim research is to provide theoretical guidance actual industrial production.
